PROCESSING TIME

Please allow 7-10 business days for processing and handling on all custom orders. Ready to ship orders will be processed within 1-3 business days . Orders will be shipped out once everything is processed. Once orders are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent by email address or text message provided at check out. All items will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or UPS for international.  

SHIPPING FEE

Shipping cost may very from state, or country. I will contact you if your shipping may cost more. 

Standard U.S. shipping ; 2-5 business days ; $5-10

Express U.S shipping.; 1-2 days; $20-40

Standard International shipping; $30 or up

Express International shipping; $50 or up

If you are local in the DMV area you have the option for pick up. The address will be sent upon the completion of order. 

WHEN ORDERING, YOUR BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESS mUST BE THE SAME OR FUTHER Identification will be needed. 

**Once your order has been shipped, JSLAYD is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. I will try to help you contact U.S.P.S and your local post office if anything occurs. For lost or stolen packages and investigation will occur if necessary. 

 Due to the nature of these products,ALL SALES ARE FINAL! No refunds or exchanges will be allowed.
